Let's try not to get overweight
Being overweight is one of the signs of lifestyle disease.
Being overweight doesn't only mean that your weight is above normal, but it means that you possess an excessive number of fat tissues and cells. It means that the amount of energy you gain from eating does not get used up well enough through your daily activity, which end-up as fat in your body. This results in taxing your various organs, which in turn may initiate lifestyle diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.

The Cleaver Way to get a Routine Health Checkup
When getting a health checkup in a healthy state, please follow the preparatory guidelines from the day before the examination, set by the institution where you will get the health checkup. They tend to be slightly different at different institutions. When there is a questionnaire attached please fill out the form prior to going to your checkup.
Things to be aware from the day before of your checkup
Even when there is no special instruction, try not to have food after nine in the evening. Try to refrain from drinking alcohol from the day before because your neutral fat level will differ depending on the type of alcohol you consume. Try to refrain from exercising too vigorously
Things to be aware on the day of your health checkup
Be prompt about your appointment time. Please inform the examiner about your current sickness or about the medicine you are currently taking. For women, please inform the examiner about your pregnancy or menstrual condition.
When reexamination becomes necessary, try to make an early appointment.
Routine examination is performed to find out whether you need further examination or not. Because you have a checkup value out of the normal range doesn't necessarily mean that you are sick. When you are told you need a reexamination, please don't get too stressed out about your condition and try to make an appointment to get reexamined as soon as possible.
