| What to do when you forget to take your medicine? |
| If it's not too far away from the time you had to take the drug then go ahead and take your medicine. When the time is close to the time you have to take your next medicine then skip that dosing time and wait for your next dose. When the dosing timing is 3 times a day please give at least 4 hours between dosing. For drugs that say 2 times a day, you should leave at least 6 hours between taking your next dose |

| How to properly use and take the different drug forms? |
| Internally consumed drug forms |

If you take the tablet without water it may stick to your food pipe and could take a long time to dissolve. Please drink it down with sufficient amount of water.
*There are also tablets you take without water. Please read
the instruction well and follow the directions.
Sublingual Place it under your tongue and let the tablet dissolve slowly in your mouth and let it absorb through the tissue.
Chewable tablets Bite and chew with your teeth and let it dissolve in the mouth. |

The drug is made into a powdered form. You should drink it down with water, but it would be easier to have a little water first in your mouth so as to not let the powder get all scattered about in and outside your mouth. If the powder is bitter you might wrap it with water soluble wafer. These wafers are sold at pharmacies in Japan. |

The drug is made into a granular form (like sand pebbles). Some of these drugs are made so that it can gradually dissolve and absorb into your body so don't bite into the granules and drink it down with some water. |

Since the capsules are made of gelatinous substance, if you don't drink it down with adequate amount of water, you will have the capsule stuck onto the tissue of the food pipe. Please drink the capsule down with about a cup of water. Also, don't open the capsule up and just drink down the inside of the capsule. |

Measure out carefully the proper volume for one time use then drink it down. Because the solution is easily contaminated with fungus or bacteria, you need to be careful of your storage method. |

| External application drugs: |

Although, it is a common practice to apply the ointment using cleanly washed hands, there are ointment where it is first applied on a gauze and then placed on the injured area. After it is used, firmly tighten the cap of the ointment. |

When applying the medicine don't let it touch the eyelid, lash, brow or the white of the eye and after the application keep your eyes shut for a few seconds. Because you may scratch your eyeball surface if you don't use it properly, read the directions and please learn the correct way to apply. |

First go to the toilet and complete defecating, wash your hand carefully and then apply the suppositories. And right after applying it onto the rectum use a tissue paper or soft cloth put a slight pressure around the area. |

After getting the application area of the skin cleaned, dry off the wet Area you apply the plaster so that it doesn't get wrinkles. When Removing the plaster, make sure the drug is not left on the area, if it Is use water and cleanly wipe it off. |
