Common Cold
To relieve the cold symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose, or stuffed nose there is the general cold medicines. For symptoms like sneeze, runny nose, or stuffed nose there are decongestants. Are you coughing? Does your cough produce yellow, green or tan mucus? There are antitussives or cough suppressants and Expectorants that reduce the mucus and clears the airway. By understanding your symptoms better, it is probably better for you to use a single medication.

Headaches and Menstrual Cramps

My stomach is feeling queasy
You say your stomach is not feeling well, but there are many types of reasons for it. Let's try to take the proper medicine for each symptom. When you have a heartburn or have the burps you can take antacid, when you feel stuffed up or have a heavy stomach feeling try taking digestive aid drugs, and when in general your stomach is not functioning well you might try some herbal powder treatments. Cuts and Scrapes
First try to clean the cut or scrape with cool water. Hold the wound under running water then you can use a cleansing solution or antiseptic around the wounded area. Then you can use an antibiotic ointment to help the healing by keeping out infection. If the wound is in an area that will get dirty or be irritated by cloth. Cover it with an adhesive bandage or with a piece of sterile gauze and use adhesive tape.
Try not to put too much ointment so as to thickly cover over the wound. If the cut or wound is deep or serious please consult your family physician.
Athlete's foot
Athlete's foot is a type of fungus called dermatophyte and is transmitted through contact with a cut or abrasion. Even if the itchy symptoms disappear after applying medicine, it is important to continue applying medicine for about a month longer. It is also important to keep our feet clean and dry.

Back Ache
